Opposition MPs used the performance to accuse those responsible of betraying the faith of millions of devotees.
The leaders demanded a transparent investigation and strict action against all those found guilty, irrespective of their position.
Pappu Yadav actively participated in the protest and used symbolism to underline the Opposition’s allegations regarding the handling of Ram Temple donations.
The demonstration formed part of the Opposition’s broader campaign to raise the issue during the ongoing Monsoon Session of Parliament.
