JAMMU, Sep 22: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday paid obeisance at Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Reasi district, officials said.
Sinha offered prayers at the revered shrine and sought blessings for peace, prosperity and welfare of the people of the Union Territory.
