पटना: (9 जनवरी) बिहार में एनडीए ने शुक्रवार को दिल्ली की एक अदालत के उस आदेश का स्वागत किया जिसमें आरजेडी प्रमुख और पूर्व रेल मंत्री लालू प्रसाद, उनके परिवार के सदस्यों और अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ कथित भूमि-बदले-नौकरी घोटाले में आरोप तय करने का निर्देश दिया गया था।
विशेष न्यायाधीश विशाल गोगने ने कहा कि प्रसाद ने रेलवे मंत्रालय को अपनी निजी जागीर के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया और एक आपराधिक गतिविधि को अंजाम दिया, जिसमें यादव परिवार ने रेलवे अधिकारियों और अपने करीबी सहयोगियों की मिलीभगत से जमीन के टुकड़े हासिल करने के लिए सार्वजनिक रोजगार को सौदेबाजी के हथियार के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया।
यहां पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए जेडीयू एमएलसी नीरज कुमार ने आरोप लगाया कि लालू प्रसाद का परिवार एक आपराधिक-राजनीतिक सिंडिकेट चला रहा है।
